Video Conference T-Client How to use

Download is clicked, free demo program is downloaded. Then, please proceed download.

By double click downloaded file, setup program is run.

Installation requires administrator privillege, while update is not.

When setup window is open, press 'Open' to proceed. "Next"、"Agree" is checked and proceed.

When you check "LC91 Client Execute" then press OK, Video Conference T-Client application will be boot up and login window is opened.

If login window is placed behind main window of Video Conference T-Client, please press login button at upper right. So that login whindow will be shown on top.

In demo program, following login ID can be used. Regarding merchandise version, you can edit login ID and password.

Please press "LogIn button" and enter Room. Regarding Network Speed, if it is more than ADSL, select "Above 512 Kbits/sec".

When you check "Remember Detail", entered login data are memorized and it is not necessary to enter from next login.

When connection to relay server is successful, "connected" is displayed in bottom right of main window.

Please click image in left. New window shows enlarged contents. You can see detail of main window. If web cam is not connected, there is no contents of video window.

"Select Detection" offers echo cancel in order to perform smooth audio. When it is checked, small level of sound is not transmitted. You may choose better sound by selecting checked or unchecked.

Video conferencing functions are available in upper left buttons. Please click right image to show enlarged contents.

Remote Desktop is a button located third from left for "Start Desktop Sharing". This button makes own desktop to be published.

In order to browse published desktop, fourth button from left "View Remote Desktop" should be pressed. In order to control published desktop, it is necessary to get permission of owner of published desktop. Published person can press "Allow Control" of "Desktop Share" window, so that pressed ID entitles to control the desktop and it is possible to apply permission.

"Desktop Viewer" window has "Request Control" button in upper left. When you press this button on Desktop Viewer window, request to control desktop is sent.

If you press "Exit", desktop viewer is terminated.

When cotrol is requested, desktop published person has a pop up window whether allow ot reject to control own desktop. If "Accept" is pressed, control is permitted. "Reject" makes no desktop control from remote allowed.

Until published person click own desktop, control of desktop by allowed remote person is continued. If remote person wants to control again, "Request Control" should be press to send request of desktop control permission.
